a reminder that our 2019 AGM is the time to receive an account of the past year's activities, then choose our new AF Cairns Committee and Officers for 2019.

When? Sunday March 10th at 6.00pm

Nominations for positions of officers and committee members must be submitted on appropriate nomination forms. These forms can be obtained from the President or Secretary and must be submitted to the President or Secretary at least 2 weeks before the meeting.

The AGM is a vital part of maintaining our Alliance. Please attend if you possibly can. If you are unable to attend you may participate by proxy. These forms can be also obtained from the President or Secretary.
